This is for girls who have experienced betrayal, no matter their relationship status.

For girls still in the relationship, maybe you want to:

BBA is for girls who want to:

• Get over your ex. If you dedicate yourself to this work, practice radical honesty and responsibility, and implement the things that I teach, getting over your ex is inevitable. You will be so obsessed with the life you are building, you won't want to go back to the life you thought you wanted with your ex.
• Understand what you've been through and how to avoid it in the future. Learning about betrayal trauma/ betrayal violence, sex/ porn addiction, and what healthy partners/ relationships look like will help bridge the knowledge gap, cultivate awareness, and allow you to reflect and move forward in a different way.
• Know exactly what you want in life (maybe for the first time ever). How many of us go through the motions of life, doing things that we’re “supposed to do,” without taking the time to really be intentional? We go to college, get a job, meet a guy, give up on our hobbies, don’t connect with our friends as much, get married, have kids, buy a house - but at what point did you ask “Do I really want this?”

  After betrayal/ breakups, we have a beautiful opportunity to step back, assess, and re-evaluate, and live the life we've only seen on our vision boards.

• Spend the majority of your time in the present instead of the past. You will make peace with your past and train your mind to stay in the present moment. Your present + future is where everything is, anyway!

•  Have an entire toolbox of resources you can return to. The tools and methodologies in this course can help you in all areas of your life, not just betrayal/ breakups.
